The large and wonderfully decorated house can sleep up to 8 persons in 3 bedrooms and the loft. It's air-conditioned and features a fireplace too. It also has its own laundry room and a great, well-equipped kitchen and is furnished throughout with tasteful and comfortable amenities. It's available for vacation rentals all year round.

RENTAL PERIOD:
Weekly rentals are Saturday to Saturday.

CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT:
Check in time is 3:00 PM
Check out time is 10:00 AM

RESERVATIONS:
A 50% deposit is required to reserve your dates within 1 week of making your reservation. Remaining balance is due 30 days or more before your arrival.

REFUND POLICY: Our policy is to refund your rental fees less $200 for administrative costs, only if we are able to re-rent the house for your reserved time period. Although we will always do what we can to fill your cancelled dates, we are not obligated nor can we guarantee to do so.

NUMBER OF GUESTS:
The maximum number of guests is 8 persons (14 if optional "add-on" lower level is rented). Any additional guests must be pre-arranged at time of reservation.

RATES:
Low season---- January-March weekly $1500, Daily $250

High season---April-Mid June weekly $2800, Daily $450

Peak season--- Mid June- September Weekly $3200, (weekly only)

Medium season-- October-December Weekly $2400, Daily $380

OPTIONAL LOWER LEVEL/WALKOUT BASEMENT "ADD-ON" RATES:
Low season---- January-March weekly $200, Daily $100

High season---April-Mid June weekly $200, Daily $100

Peak season--- Mid June- September Weekly +$300 (weekly only)

Medium season-- October-December Weekly $200, Daily $100


Note: Daily rentals (2 day minimum & are subject to availability only if full weeks are not rented)

DAMAGE DEPOSIT:
A $500 damage deposit is required and will be refunded provided there are no damages or excessive cleaning  required.
